- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within matrixed organizations.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, issue management, and driving accountability without direct authority.
- Experience supporting initiatives within Sales Enablement, Talent Development, Sales Operations, or related functions.
- Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification highly desired.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience supporting sales onboarding, early-in-career, new hire, or talent development programs.
- Background working within large-scale global technology organizations.
- Familiarity with hybrid learning delivery models and learner experience platforms.
- Experience with learning enablement tools such as LXPs, MindTickle, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of program optimization, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.

itD is seeking a Project Manager to support the Americas cohort of a global Early-in-Career (EIC) sales onboarding program. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality participant experience while maintaining alignment with global program standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives in matrixed environments. Location: Hybrid - Raleigh-Durham, NC (RTP Campus). Candidates must be local to the RTP area and able to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week.
