Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an early-stage, high-growth B2B companies in marketing, growth, strategy, or GTM leadership roles.
  • Recent MBA from top 10 MBA programs is an advantage.
  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator.
  • Proven ability to create positioning and messaging that drives adoption, engagement, or revenue.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a bias toward execution.
  • Deep curiosity about AI and how it changes how businesses operate.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
  • Builder mentality: you don't wait for playbooks-you create them.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Within your first 90 days:
  • Refresh and strengthen core company messaging and positioning.
  • Establish a differentiated market narrative.
  • Launch at least one major GTM initiative informed by AI-first marketing principles.
  • Introduce new frameworks, systems, or workflows that make the broader organization more effective.
  • Make us smarter than we were before you arrived.
  • The expectation isn't that you'll learn our playbook.
  • The expectation is that you'll help write the next one.
  • Salary Range
  • The anticipated base salary for this position is $130,000 - $200,000 gross. The final offer may vary based on geographic location, relevant experience, education, and seniority compared to others in similar roles.
