Chemours is seeking a Supplier Governance Manager to join our growing Digital - Enterprise Governance team. This position will be available at the Gurgaon, India and report directly to the Global Head - Enterprise Governance The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Own end‑to‑end governance for assigned global service providers, including relationship, contract, issue, and risk management Address, resolve, and escalate supplier issues and risks using defined governance and escalation protocols Provide strategic guidance in governance and steering committee meetings, including issue and risk escalation direction Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, governance standards, and enterprise policies Draft, review, approve, and process all contract changes, amendments, projects, and service change requests Ensure contract and service changes are properly communicated to internal and external stakeholders Communicate the value of outsourcing and service centers to business units and business partners Track, coordinate, and obtain required approvals for contract and service changes Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Shared Services, and functional leadership Facilitate governance compliance and risk‑related issue resolution with service centers and third‑party providers Support governance change management initiatives, including new initiatives, projects, infrastructure, technology, and risk mitigation efforts Continuously develop governance knowledge and capabilities through training and application of best practices The following is required for this role: Strategic responsibilities account for approximately 60% of the role, with operational execution comprising approximately 40%. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, or a related field 8-12 years of experience in outsourcing governance, supplier management, or a related strategic function People management experience is required Working knowledge of outsourcing and shared services governance models Experience in policy development, compliance, and governance procedures Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies Ability to build credibility, influence diverse stakeholder groups, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluency in English The following is preferred for this role: MBA, JD, or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field Legal experience and working knowledge of contract and legal processes Experience designing or operating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs Consultative mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation
