This is a role for an experienced HR Business Partner who can think big picture - and still roll up their sleeves . We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our International Commercial organisation, partnering with senior leaders during a period of growth, transformation and continued evolution. You'll operate as a true strategic advisor while staying close enough to the detail to make change real, practical and sustainable. Why this role? You'll sit at the heart of the business, helping to shape how the organisation grows, develops talent and builds leadership capability across multiple countries. This is not a "steady-state" HR role but would suit someone who thrives in ambiguity , is energised by change, and enjoys working with and coaching leaders. What you'll be known for Acting as a trusted strategic HR partner to senior commercial leaders, helping translate business strategy into clear people and capability plans Leading and supporting organisational change , ensuring leaders are equipped to navigate growth, complexity and transformation effectively Owning the talent agenda - from talent reviews and calibrations to succession planning and workforce strategy Coaching and developing leaders , building the skills, behaviours and mindsets required to deliver results in a high-change environment Embedding company values, culture and ways of working , ensuring they are lived - not laminated Working seamlessly with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up, high-impact solutions across our International region
