Responsibilities
- End User Support Administration

- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation on endpoints and EUC infrastructure.
- Lead EUC audits and reporting for compliance (ISO, SOC2, internal IT controls).
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead projects such as OS upgrades, endpoint tool migrations, and VDI rollouts.
- Mentor junior system administrators and desktop engineers.
- Document EUC standards, knowledge base articles, and deployment procedures.
- Partner with business units to enhance user productivity with reliable end-user systems.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of IT experience in End User Computing or Desktop Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, macOS, and M365 ecosystem.
- Expertise with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD).
- Good to have knowledge in automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
- Knowledge of identity and access management, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security (antivirus, patching, encryption, MFA).
- Strong administration and daily system management skills.
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to support junior engineers.
- Cloud EUC experience (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC) will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications (MCSA/MCSE, VMware, ITIL) a plus.
- Work Environment
- Onsite 5 Days Work form Office.
- May involve occasional after-hours or weekend support during critical activities.
- Shift coverage:
- 8 AM - 5 PM
- 2 PM - 11 PM
- 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (6-3 during daylight savings)
