- Prior experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus
- An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
- Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business

- The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $164,500 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.*

As a GTM Analytics Manager, you'll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions. This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales & marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc analyses.
