  • Remote control interfaces or joystick/gamepad systems
  • Multi-camera video feeds and live monitoring tools
  • Incident management or ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of real-time system constraints (latency, bandwidth, reliability).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in high-availability (24/7 or shift-based) environments.
