Job Brief The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects. Responsibilities & Duties Perform routine and assigned tasks that support ongoing projects in compliance with the contract, service level agreement, define methodologies, and procedures. Assist in reviewing projects for accurate revenue recognition. Support data gathering and report generation requirements to support various reporting requirements for each project. Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution. Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required. Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures. Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process. Perform transactional task and provide assistance in resolving employee center tickets. Amenable for night shift schedule, 9PM to 6AM, Manila time Open for hybrid set-up (3x per week RTO) Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses At least 1-2 year of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance Basic knowledge on end-to-end project lifecycle, project accounting concepts & methodology, and contract types is highly preferred Knowledge and experience in accounting analyses is a must Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools. Knowledge in using MS Teams application is an advantage. Experience in a shared service or captive set-up is an advantage.
