We are looking for an extracurricular intern. As Intern - HR Analytics you will familiarize with data analysis and predictability related to Human Resources, studying processes, tools and opportunities for improvement (e.g.: attrition, vacations, headcount, planning...), as well as HR KPIs development and monitoring. You will have the opportunity to acquire a vision of HR activities from a Lean perspective and with reference to the impacts on the organization and the economics. In such context, you will work on projects with moderate complexity in team with professional figures diversified by activities and experience, experimenting with methodologies of analysis and problem solving and dealing with human and financial aspects. Job Description Essential Responsabilities Actively participating in the creation, implementation and analysis of the key metrics and preparation of leadership reviews also by enhancing and improving the use of the existing tools Proactively participating to working groups and projects aimed at analyzing and improving HR and cross-functional processes and practices, using the Lean approach Supporting the HR team in the operational management of the budget process to ensure the correctness and timeliness of inputs and other activities impacting on data accuracy Learn and use data analysis and predictability tools related to Human Resources, studying processes, tools and opportunities for improvement (e.g.: attrition, vacations, headcount, planning...), as well as HR KPIs development and monitoring Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field Knowledge of MS Office (expecially Excel) Strong interest in human resources topics and analytics applied to people related processes Logical / rational mindset, attitude to deal with statistics and quantitative analyses Interest in sociology, sociological research, motivation to human sciences, constructive critical spirit Willingness to learn from others and to work in team Italian and English fluent Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Integrity and confidentiality Intercultural openness, ability to think out of the box Knowledge of Python, Minitab, R, Stata and/or similar Inclusion & Diversity Avio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
