About the role
This role combines Source-to-Pay (S2P) process expertise and change leadership within Global Procurement. The position is responsible for designing, governing and continuously improving procurement processes, ensuring alignment between Global Procurement, Shared Services, IT and business stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Own and govern Source-to-Pay procurement processes across countries
- Support rollout and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes and SAP Ariba solutions
- Drive adoption and optimisation of Ariba Guided Buying, including catalogue management and buying channels
- Support sourcing and contract lifecycle management processes using Ariba Sourcing and Ariba Contracts
- Ensure alignment between procurement processes and invoice processing in SAP, including integration with SAP VIM
- Define and maintain global process standards, controls and documentation
- Monitor KPIs related to procurement performance, compliance and user adoption
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services and IT stakeholders
- Support change management, communication and training during rollout initiatives
- Our requirements
- Proven experience in procurement process management, preferably in Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP procurement solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Ariba, especially Ariba Guided Buying
- Familiarity with Ariba Sourcing and Ariba Contract Management
- Understanding of catalogue management, approval workflows and procurement compliance
- Experience working in international or multi-country environments
- Highly developed analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Very good English (spoken and written)
