Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Drive growth of the business across the Greater Asia region. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global objectives. Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and achieve annual targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Lead and drive commercial innovation initiatives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary commercial contact. Understand customer strategies, brand priorities, and innovation roadmaps. Lead end-to-end project delivery from brief to commercialization with cross-functional coordination. Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and translate insights into strategies. What Makes You the Right Fit Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment. Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process -discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory. Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance. Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets. How Would You Stand Out?
