Responsibilities

  • Strategic collaboration: Establish and maintain trusting relationships with sales and commercial leaders to understand their challenges and develop joint solutions that promote innovation and necessary capabilities.

  • Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Human/Organizational Development, Management, Business or related.
  • Strong experience in Training/Development to High Specialty commercial teams.
  • High Proficiency in English.

  • Possession of a certification in coaching.
