Responsibilities
- Providing high quality advice & coaching to managers to support them in the
- management of their people. This will be in line with legal and company
- requirements and will include, but not limited to performance management,
- disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, absence management, whistle-blowing and flexible working.

- To own or support specific HR projects, specifically focusing on ways to improve policies and process and implementing changes where required
Requirements
- Experience in case managing HR issues in high volumes and of varying levels of complexity
- Successful experience of coaching, advising and influencing managers at all
- levels and at all stages of informal / formal processes
- Effective in building relationships with managers and stakeholders at all levels to build the credibility of the team and encourage repeat use of the service
- Demonstrates excellent ability to work professionally as part of a team
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent experience
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel & Outlook
