Main Duties and Responsibilities Run cash-flow analysis for all investment opportunities (all asset class) Provide transaction support throughout the acquisition/disposal process Prepare documentation for internal/external investment committee Prepare annual business plans Assist implementation of asset management initiatives, capex plan, lease re-gears and renewals Prepare quarterly reporting to investors What You'll Get throughout the Internship: 6-month internship: Participate in a robust training curriculum, company functions, speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and social networking events for career growth and personal development.
