Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Insights Generation: You'll conduct exploratory , diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
• Dashboard & Reporting Development: You'll create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly track KPIs and business performance across various functions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define meaningful metrics and ensure insights align with business goals.
• Experimentation & Optimization: You'll analyze A/B tests, interpret results, and communicate actionable recommendations that drive optimization efforts.
• Data Preparation & Transformation: You'll collect, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or tools like Alteryx to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Data Pipeline & Integrity Support: You'll collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and validate data accuracy.
• Documentation & Data Governance: You'll maintain clear documentation for transformation logic, data lineage, and business rules to support transparency and consistency.
• Communication & Storytelling: You'll present insights and recommendations in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous Improvement: You'll contribute to best practices by sharing tools, templates, and knowledge, while participating in peer reviews and team learning sessions.
• Project Contribution: You'll coordinate team-level analytics efforts and play an active role in divisional initiatives, working both independently and collaboratively.

PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00-$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00 - $127,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA . If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.
