Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Program Managers driving performance, fostering growth, and promoting consistency in practices and processes across the organization.
- Oversee planning and execution of pipeline integrity programs, including Integrity Digs, occasionally Casings, Depth of Cover, and Exposure Programs across LP and GTM systems.

- Lead contractor and supply chain engagement-supporting contract strategy, negotiations, performance management, and supplier relationship management to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Related university degree and minimum of ten or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years progressively responsible working experience in the pipeline industry, including a strong working knowledge of pipeline engineering principles, industry standards, governmental regulations and complex detailed and/or project management experience.
- Must have exposure to Engineering, Construction and Field operations
- Familiar with industry codes, regulations, standards and specifications
- General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations
- Predict obstacles, challenges and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Software experience with: MS Office Suite, Oracle, MAXIMO, PowerBi, Kahua
- Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills
- Collaborative, team- and service-oriented work style
- Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Cross-border travel required.
- Preferred:
- Exposure to more than one Engineering discipline
- PMP Certification, MBA
- Power BI software experience
- Working Conditions:
- Office environment with some field work required
- Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities in US and Canada (up to 25%)
- Available outside normal work hours to address any technical, cost, safety and environmental issues that occur during active projects
- Salary:
- Ranges from $114,000 - $183,700 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
