Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients on strategic inputs, content direction and approvals.
  • Manage client expectations during the early project stages.
  • Escalate risks, unclear requirements or scope concerns early.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Project Executive / Project Manager to ensure smooth handover into design, development and delivery.
  • Prepare clear handover notes for the delivery team, including sitemap, wireframes, page objectives, content requirements and UX rationale.
  • Collaborate with designers to maintain quality and consistency across the project.
  • Support the team in improving UX processes, templates and documentation.
  • What You Will Not Be Expected To Own
  • This role focuses on strategy and UX planning. You will not be expected to fully own development management, go-live coordination, migration, technical QA or post-launch support. These areas will be managed by the project delivery team.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX strategy, UX design, website planning, product design, digital consultancy or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, information architecture, content hierarchy and wireframing.
  • Experience conducting discovery sessions, workshops or client requirement gathering.
  • Ability to communicate UX thinking clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working on corporate websites, service websites, eCommerce sites or digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to structure ambiguous requirements.
  • Confident using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro or similar platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to balance user needs, business goals, project scope and practical delivery constraints.

  • Experience working in a digital agency, consultancy or client-facing environment.
  • Experience with healthcare, education, non-profit, government-linked or corporate projects.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, web development and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to support proposal thinking, audits or pre-sales strategy when required.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

This role is responsible for turning client business goals, stakeholder inputs, user needs and content requirements into clear digital project blueprints. You will front discovery sessions, facilitate client workshops, define user journeys, structure sitemaps, produce wireframes, and work closely with our design and project teams to ensure high-quality execution. The role is ideal for someone who is confident with clients, strong in information architecture, and able to translate messy project requirements into clear, practical and user-focused digital experiences.
