- Ensure compliance with GDPR and fundraising regulations
- Maintain high standards in supporter care and ethical fundraising
- Manage budgets, monitor performance and take corrective action where needed
- About you
- We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery:
- Essential
- Experience in Individual Giving, Legacy or Direct Marketing fundraising
- Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of supporter journeys, acquisition and retention
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against income targets
- Skilled in data analysis, performance tracking and forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing and developing staff
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data (Excel)

- Fundraising or marketing qualification
- Event management experience
- Experience with fundraising CRM systems
- Experience of working for social care or disability charity is highly advantageous, however not essential

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Individual Giving & Legacy Manager to lead and grow our Individual Giving, Legacy and In Memory fundraising programmes. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering sustainable income growth through innovative, data-driven, multi-channel fundraising. You'll shape supporter journeys, deepen engagement, and maximise long-term donor value across channels including digital, direct mail, telemarketing, lotteries, face-to-face and press.
