Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
  • Drive cross-functional coordination (Technical Services, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and other functions)

Requirements

  • University degree or 300 ECTS - Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial engineering, Biology, Medicine, Veterinary
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in Croatian and English (written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking/reporting tools
  • Candidate Profile (Skills & Competencies):
  • Experience or active participation in projects delivery in pharmaceutical companies
  • Organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead without authority
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and accountable approach to work
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
  • Advantage:
