Architectural Manager Office at: near Expo MRT Work both in the office and at project sites Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm Salary is up to $8,500 Job Role An Architectural Manager oversees the entire architectural scope of projects, from design coordination and shop drawing approval to on-site execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and building regulations. Job requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in architecture and design management, experience with A1 contractors is preferred. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Navisworks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Responsibilities: Lead the architectural planning and design phases for large-scale mega projects, ensuring innovative solutions that align with client expectations and regulatory requirements. Manage the architectural project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Review and validate architectural designs, ensuring they are practical, sustainable, and in compliance with local building codes and safety standards. Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols throughout the project, ensuring all architectural work meets the prescribed standards and complies with regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with safety teams to implement comprehensive safety plans and ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site during all architectural activities.
