Responsibilities
- Analyze designated market situation and provide proposal for business opportunities
- Identify potential market segment for further acquisition

- Provide leadership and management of the Company's casino marketing department
- Setting direction for maintaining high standards of products and services, and providing innovative offerings to enhance competitive edge
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for business development
- Oversee and assess all on-going training plans and programs to create compliance awareness and ensure retention of a performing team and alignment with market trends
- Evaluate market conditions, keeping up-to-date on marketing trends and demographics of guests, developing benchmarks to measure effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 16 years of business development experience in casino and/or relevant industry, with proven track records in acquisition of high net-worth customers
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
