What you will do in this role: Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Serve as a key leader of the Import/Export Team and contribute to the development of the annual goals and objectives for Supply Chain from which your Key Performance Goals/Targets are derived. Understand and adhere to Integer's Values and all company policies, procedures, and work instructions defined in your training plan. Ensure compliance with the established Quality Management System and all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols. Lead the import/export team; promote talent by developing individual growth and development plans and organizational succession plans Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with applicable foreign trade regulations and programs. Oversee and maintain control of processes, reports, and information within the company's import/export inventory control system, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance. Review and validate customs declarations in close coordination with the Trade Compliance team and authorized customs brokers. Drive continuous improvement and strategic development of Import/Export operations through the implementation of robust monitoring systems, standardized procedures, and work instructions. Establish, monitor, and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance objectives to ensure alignment with operational goals. Lead the development of innovative solutions to complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges within the team. Coordinate and lead communication with customs brokers, carriers, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless operations. Maintain high standards of customer service by proactively identifying, addressing, and resolving operational issues. Participate in cross-functional and strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and reducing customs-related costs. Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, trust, and open communication within the team. Perform other duties as needed and as directed. Supply Chain - Achievement of site Supply Chain KPI's Import/Export- On-time and accurate execution of transactions aligned with operational requirements. Compliance - Adherence to customs regulations, internal procedures, and successful audit outcomes. Inventory - Reliability of inventory tracking and system accuracy. People - Team effectiveness, engagement, and talent development outcomes. Cost Improvement - Cumulative incremental savings realized as a result of your accomplishments and collaboration, particularly in support of continuous improvements. Cost Controls - Adherence to budget across warehouse and logistics cost centers What sets you apart: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs Compliance, Business Administration, or related field. Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 5+ years of experience in similar positions. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a highly regulated industry such as medical industry. Supervisory experience leading and developing teams within a professional and structured environment. Extensive experience managing and operating import/export inventory control systems.
