Job Posting End Date: Worker Type: Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term) YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Agile Business Analyst (Group 3) is a senior business analyst who can apply sound business analysis methodology combined with industry expertise to execute business analysis tasks on an assigned project/business outcome. Data collation, analysis & creation of insights that drive data-driven decision making Stakeholder communications and engagement which assist with dependency management First drafts of key artefacts as prioritised by the Product Owner to deliver customer value. Artefacts may include (but not be limited to): business cases; journey mapping; complex requirements; process mapping; PE deliverables; risk, compliance, governance and regulatory documentation; training coll internal communication collateral; testing documentation and collateral; technical documentation; release preparation YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE Essentials skillset: Business analysis & project delivery - familiarity with industry recognised bodies of knowledge and best practices (e.g. BABOK, PMBOK, Agile) Problem solving - ability to respond to issues in a timely and effective manner, propose solutions based on evidence, insight and viability Communication and listening - ability to succinctly communicate relevant information and actively solicit and apply feedback; stakeholder management skills Process architecture & design - familiarity with process improvement frameworks, methods and techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO 9000, BPMN) Data analysis & measurement - Able to collate, filter, analyse, and interpret datasets to produce insights and conclusions Planning and alignment - Ability to prioritise activities and meet obligations Tools & methodology - Foundational understanding of change management, product management and risk tools, techniques, frameworks and methods Foundational knowledge of banking processes, systems and infrastructure
