Production Engineer

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar disciplines
• More than 10 year's working experience in a manufacturing environment or production fields
• Knowledge of mechanical with fabrication and welding experience
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
• Meticulous, adaptable to changes and good with systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic manufacturing environments
• Posses with good management skills

Additional Information

Responsibility: - Responsible and lead a team of production staff - Produce production planning and scheduling for manufacturing order - Review capacity situation, make recommendations on utilization of the labour and equipment resources to Manager/Head of Planning - Accountable for product availability /production output to satisfy customer demand while maximizing effective plant resources - Work closely with Sales staff to communicate schedules, schedule changes, and to make any necessary re-schedule requested by the customers - Ensure factory and its immediate surroundings are maintained with appropriate house-keeping measures - Oversee the maintenance of factory and equipment for maximum safety and efficiency - Ensure personal safety regulations are strictly complied with, as according to MOM/Occupational Health & Safety. - Oversee stock level for production daily use
