Safety Trainer

About the role

Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs, covering topics such as defensive riding techniques, traffic laws, and emergency procedures Conduct classroom training sessions and on-road training sessions. Use a variety of training methods, including presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises. Conduct regular safety assessments to identify potential risks and hazards. Monitor driver behavior and provide feedback and coaching. Implement corrective actions to address safety concerns. Stay up-to-date with local traffic laws and regulations. Ensure that all training programs and safety procedures comply with regulatory requirements. Work with external partners, such as traffic authorities, to improve road safety. Adhere to company policy and procedures. Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises. Competencies for the Job Rider Safety Training Traffic Laws and Regulations Awareness Rider Courtesy and Customer Service Office Administration Corporate and Client-Side Communications Collaboration Pro-activeness Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in safety training, accident investigation, or a related field. Proficiency in safety training methodologies and tools. Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Patience and empathy Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
