About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marine Technical Superintendent to oversee the technical management, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of our fleet of harbour craft and workboats. This role is critical in ensuring vessel reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day technical management of vessels, including planned and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure vessels comply with MPA , Class, and statutory requirements

Requirements
- Marine Engineering background (Class 1 / Class 2 / Diploma in Marine Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Technical Superintendent, Chief Engineer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of harbour craft , diesel engines, propulsion, and auxiliary systems
- Familiar with MPA regulations and Singapore port requirements
- Good planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and attend vessels as required
