Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack or Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Strong time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Exceptional organization skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and maintaining focus under pressure

This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY up to 12 times per year to support leadership and high-priority meetings. Additional travel may be required based on leadership and company needs. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you're also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits - our doors are always open. Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Remote Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Base Salary: $83,000 - $103,000 per year
