About the role

Lambda is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Supply Chain Systems & Process Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Finance. This role will serve as the bridge between business teams and system implementations, ensuring processes are scalable, standardized, and effectively enabled through systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, PLM, Asset Management, and related operational tools. The ideal candidate combines strong business process knowledge with systems expertise and has a proven ability to drive initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Systems & Process Transformation
  • Evaluate current-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows across Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, Asset Management, and Financial Operations.
  • Develop business requirements, process maps, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
  • Systems Ownership & Implementation
  • Partner with Business Systems, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to implement and optimize business systems.
  • Lead process design and implementation efforts across NetSuite, Coupa, PLM, Asset Management, and related platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, deployment, training, and change management activities.
  • Procurement & Financial Operations Enablement
  • Support the implementation and expansion of Coupa and related procurement processes.
  • Improve procurement workflows, approval structures, and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve spend visibility, cost tracking, invoice workflows, and GL alignment.
  • Drive process improvements across procurement, vendor management, and operational spending.
  • Master Data & Process Governance
  • Support Item Master, BOM, and Product Lifecycle Management initiatives.
  • Establish governance around master data, approvals, and change management processes.
  • Improve data quality, process compliance, and operational controls.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions across Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Operations, PMO, Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE), and Business Systems teams.
  • Drive alignment, decision-making, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps while developing practical solutions.
  • Reporting & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and track process performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and visibility across the organization.

  • Required
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Systems, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, or Financial Operations processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading business process improvement and system implementation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Coupa.
  • Experience with PLM systems, BOM management, or Item Master governance.
  • Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, hardware, or data center environments.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, change management, and operational controls.
