Your new role and team We are seeking a Project Planner to join our team and support large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in EPC or EPCM projects, with proven expertise in planning and project controls. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6 and MS Project), while also managing budgets and overseeing resource planning and scheduling activities. Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases to ensure alignment with project objectives. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Prepare and deliver accurate progress reports, forecasts, and critical path analyses to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Support cost control and resource planning in line with project budgets and timelines. Ensure compliance with internal project execution methods and quality standards for EPC/EPCM projects. For this vacancy, we expect you to: Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and controls for large-scale EPC/EPCM projects in the infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred) and project management methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex schedules and interface with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams. Degree in Engineering or related discipline; advanced certifications in project planning or controls are an advantage.
