Your role As the Head of People at Turnkey, you will take full ownership of the People function from the COO. You will be the fully independent functional leader responsible for building, scaling, and leading all people-related operations across the company. This includes everything from talent acquisition strategy and People Operations (HRIS, compliance, benefits) to performance management, compensation, and executive coaching. This is a critical, hands-on builder and executor role perfect for an experienced leader who is excited to build a world-class, high-agency culture grounded in scalable processes. You will ensure our People strategy directly supports the business objectives of rapid growth and operational excellence.
