Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Attend to customers' needs promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with service staff and kitchen personnel.
• Refill sauce containers, condiments, utensils, and other service supplies.
• Stock and maintain service stations and dining areas.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Escort customers to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
• Support cashier duties by answering phone calls, taking reservations, and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Welcome, seat, and thank customers upon arrival and departure.
• Clear tables promptly and remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils for cleaning.
• Stay informed about restaurant promotions, menu items, and special offers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas, including performing housekeeping duties and disposing of waste.
• Adhere to all food hygiene, safety standards, and restaurant policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food and beverage service is an advantage, but not essential.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.
