Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Growth
- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Identify growth drivers and build actionable plans to accelerate brand performance
- Consumer & Market Insights
- Deeply understand consumer behavior, trends, and category dynamics to inform strategic decisions
- Translate insights into impactful marketing and innovation initiatives
- Integrated Communication & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of integrated communication plans (ATL and Digital) ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines
- Drive best-in-class campaigns that enhance brand equity and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Innovation & Portfolio Management
- Lead new product development and launches, from ideation to in-market execution
- Manage portfolio strategy, ensuring relevance, competitiveness, and alignment with consumer needs
- Commercial & Business Performance
- Own and track brand P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply, Finance) to ensure strong execution of commercial plans
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., agencies, regional/global teams)
- Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Advanced English proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles (FMCG preferred)
- Proven experience managing brands, campaigns, and product launches
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
