About the role
In this opportunity as a Data Analyst, you will: Streamlining Data Insights: Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use dashboards and reports that provide insights across multiple business pillars, including sales and retention analysis, customer behavior metrics, and commercial analysis. Leveraging Advanced Tools: Developing an in-depth understanding of business partner needs and leveraging experience with AI, automation, or advanced tools to improve workflows, business outcomes, and future state objectives. About You You're a fit for the role of Data Analyst if you have the following required qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Customer Data Analyst or equivalent experience in data or business analytics. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, or related field (preferred). Background: Commercial or revenue-focused experience in B2B environments, revenue operations, or Go-To-Market operations (preferred). Analytical Skills: Interprets data to identify customer behavior and preferences, and creates interactive and static visualizations to convey complex insights. Technical Skills: Quickly learns and applies new technologies, and has experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Project Management: Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meets deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure. Soft Skills: Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, with the ability to influence and persuade colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, and take ownership of projects independently. Additional preferred qualifications include: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Teams. Strong experience with data analysis tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx Familiarity with the following technologies is beneficial: Python, SQL, SAP, and Business Objects #LI-ES1 What's in it For You?
