Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works.
• Oversee site activities including LV power distribution, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, cabling, and earthing works.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance, workmanship, and work progress.
• Conduct site inspections and rectify non-conformance or quality issues.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to resolve site technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and site safety regulations.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Job Requirements
• Site supervision experience in infrastructure, water treatment, wastewater, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site coordination.
