Job's mission The Specialist, Operations Intelligence or otherwise known as AI/ML Engineer supports the development, testing, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that improve operational decision-making, efficiency, quality, and productivity across manufacturing and supply chain processes. The role contributes to machine learning, generative AI, and agentic workflow use cases under the guidance of senior team members. What you will be working on Support the design, prototyping, and testing of AI and machine learning use cases for operations. Prepare and validate data from CRM, ERP, MES, supply chain, quality, and production systems. Assist in developing generative AI applications such as knowledge assistants, document copilots, and search-based support tools. Contribute to agentic automation workflows such as information retrieval, alert triage, and task orchestration. Support model evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting during pilot and deployment stages. Document requirements, assumptions, technical logic, and test results. Work collaboratively with data, business, and technology stakeholders to support use case delivery.
