Role & Responsibilities In this role, you'll manage and optimize paid social advertising programs for some of the world's leading B2B SaaS companies. Working across social advertising platforms, you'll help plan campaigns, test creative and audience strategies, and continuously improve performance. We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into campaign data, experimenting within platforms, and identifying opportunities to improve results. This role is ideal for a specialist who sees paid social as both a performance channel and a creative testing ground, and is motivated to deliver measurable impact for clients. Our team is primarily based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but we encourage candidates from across Canada to apply. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $65,000-$75,000 CAD/year, depending on relevant skills and experience, as part of a complete, competitive package.
