Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative/research role.
• Research Savvy: You know how to dig. You are comfortable navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to find hidden talent.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. You can write a candidate bio that makes a client want to meet them immediately.
• Agility: You can pivot from a data-heavy research project to a high-energy candidate coaching session without missing a beat.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
