  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise managing high-stakes livestream accounts on major platforms such as Shopee Live or TikTok Live.
  • Advanced analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rates) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts effectively, and juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of delivering persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, or Mandarin) to support regional client portfolios.
