Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing expert knowledge and skill to manage and develop policies that manages thousands of homes; Ensure complex agreements comply with Marine Corps policies; Capable of reacting to housing availability in the local communities to ensure occupancy rates are met; Developing housing management plans and procedures; Applying housing policy at the serviced installation levels, and providing advice on all matters relating to the management, operation, and utilization of housing assets and facilities; Create and implement new ideas, technological advances in programs and policies; and create improvements in overall assigned housing programs.
