Maritime Operations and Intelligence Manager

About the role

You will serve as a Maritime Operations and Intelligence Manager of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE Capodichino, Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include: -Managing policy, programs, plans and procedures of an organization for long-range implementation and the administration of established policies and programs to maximize readiness and productivity for operational functions. -Monitoring and evaluating the work of an organization by employing data analytics to solve problems and expertly researching and analyzing complex issues to drive strategic planning and performance, streamlining policy and enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. -Briefing senior leadership on significant policy, strategy and/or change management issues, and developing presentations for high-level external stakeholders that may include governmental bodies, legislative bodies, or equivalent private sector entities to interoperate with joint and allied partners.
