This is a senior technical leadership role focused on architecting the end-to-end verification approach across the HV domain. You'll work across systems engineering, test, and certification teams to establish scalable verification frameworks, ensure traceability, and enable high-quality execution aligned with certification objectives. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation: Define and own the end-to-end verification strategy for high-voltage systems from component through aircraft level Develop domain-level verification plans, methodologies, and success criteria aligned with certification requirements Establish standardized tools, workflows, and artifacts to ensure consistency, traceability, and audit readiness Define and maintain connections between requirements, verification activities, evidence, and compliance findings Architect verification approaches across battery systems, power electronics, HV distribution, safety interlocks, and energy management Lead verification campaigns covering performance, thermal behavior, protection systems, and off-nominal or faulted conditions Provide technical leadership and direction to the HV V&V team, ensuring high-quality execution as the organization scales Mentor engineers, conduct rigorous technical reviews, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
