Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, transformation goals, and organizational impacts.

  • Develop training programs, materials, and knowledge-transfer resources to help employees build the skills needed to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness, conduct post-implementation reviews, and identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing client support to sustain change and reinforce adoption.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by sharing leading practices, enhancing change management tools and templates, and supporting the growth of organizational change capabilities across the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or combination of education and experience
  • Master's degree or MBA an asset
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognized certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, Oil & Gas, or in a HR environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members). Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications will be considered an asset
  • Experience working with diverse industries and understanding of different business models.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to influence, advise, and drive change at all levels of an organization. The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of business and technology solutions, industry best practices, and hands-on experience supporting transformation initiatives. They will also demonstrate an understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and agentic AI, and how these capabilities can impact people, processes, roles, operating models, and ways of working. Must be local to Edmonton and the surrounding area - and willing to work in a hybrid environment with a combo of remote and on-client site. **Please note the following: While our offices are located in Alberta, you may be asked to work East Coast hours should our client have that requirement.
