Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end treaty renewal process, including pre-underwriting activities, renewal statistics preparation, and review of slip wordings.
- Input and maintain renewal data in pricing tools and systems, including Nat Cat modelling and treaty information in SICS.
- Prepare and manage underwriting documentation, reports, and referrals to Head Office, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain impeccable administration, documentation, and filing of all underwriting and renewal-related records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Generate regular reports, perform compliance activities (AML checks, contract certainty tracking, EPI revisions), and support ad-hoc projects and operational duties.
- Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in non-life treaty (re)insurance underwriting, underwriting support, or pricing.
- Basic knowledge of catastrophe modelling tools and treaty pricing methodologies is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
