About the role

Details: Salary up to $3,500 Commission & Performance Bonus Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6.30pm Office Location: Tai Seng Jobscope: Develop design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals. Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material selections. Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented according to specifications. Manage project timelines and resolve design or site issues as they arise.
