We're looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £40,000-£44,000 per annum depending on experience and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week. What you will be doing; Provide high-level executive support to allocated Executive Team members, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the executive office and division(s) Proactively manage complex, fast-paced and ever-changing priorities, exercising sound judgement to anticipate needs, resolve issues and maintain momentum across business-critical activities Oversee all aspects of executive meeting management - end-to-end scheduling, agenda development, briefing pack preparation, minute-taking, action tracking and follow-through on decisions Design, implement and continually improve systems, workflows and office processes to support efficient operations across the executive office and connected teams Manage incoming communications and actions in line with individual Executive Team member preferences, supporting leaders to prioritise and deliver high-quality work to deadlines Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Executive Team members, handling correspondence and escalating matters with discretion and professionalism What you will need; Accomplished PA/EA with proven experience supporting Director and C-Suite level executives, including management of complex, multi-stakeholder diaries and calendars Strong experience prioritising and escalating matters, with the judgement to know which conversations require executive attention and the confidence to act on that Excellent written communication skills, strong knowledge of Word with competency in Excel and PowerPoint, and confident use of collaboration and document management tools including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive What you can expect from us; A strong pension contribution from us of 9% Private medical cover with AXA (where eligible), alongside a healthcare cash plan Life assurance at 4x your salary 24 - 27 days' holiday depending on length of service, plus Chris24 - 27 days' holiday depending on length of service, plus Christmas closure and the option to buy or sell extra days Hybrid working to help you find the right balance Everyday savings through gym discounts, travel loans, and retail perks Enhanced family leave, including up to 6 months on full pay Ongoing wellbeing support, including access to CABA A paid day each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to you It's all part of creating an environment where you can thrive, in work and beyond.
