Responsibilities

  • Support leasing administrative activities and ensure accurate and complete lease documentation
  • Prepare and track various lease documentation such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements
  • Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents and ensuring all data is entered correctly and updated promptly.
  • Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate with the Tenancy Management team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
  • Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of the real estate industry.
  • High level of accuracy in all work, with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
  • Relevant experience in Simplicity application will be an advantage.
