This position facilitates the communication of emergency situations with an overhead page, radio communication or electronic page. The Communication Operator is also the hospital's first contact with the community and must provide accurate, courteous and prompt responses. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Licensure/Certification: High School education or equivalent. Knowledge: Knowledge of and compliance with Marshall Medical Center's Policies and Procedures. Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations.
