We own Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within AOM, which represents the comprehensive financial lifecycle that manages patient accounts from their initial healthcare service request/appointment booking through to the final payment settlement. This process is fundamental to AOM's financial stability and operational efficiency, allowing us to focus primarily on delivering quality patient care. We are seeking a talented Program Manager to support RCM with respect to our Health System Partners (HSPs). Working cross-functionally with our OM Operations, Technology, and other teams, the Revenue Cycle Program Manager will own processes and procedures relating to the implementation of new HSPs, as well as maintenance and escalations to existing HSPs. This person is a key driver in making sure that the revenue cycle process with our HSPs and other external partners runs smoothly, informing internal teams and keeping other managers abreast of any updates, changes, and developments.
