About the role

The Account Management Lead is a full-time permanent role responsible for leading and coaching a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) who service the company's top-tier, high-value accounts.   • Trusted Advisor Skills: A proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with senior-level clients and guide teams to do the same.
  • Strategic Expertise: Skilled in designing and executing client solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Leadership Ability: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of fostering high-performing, client-centric teams.
  • Data-Driven: Adept at using metrics and account performance insights to drive results. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
