Responsibilities

Requirements

• You'll thrive in this role if you are energetic, persuasive and enjoy speaking with business clients.
• Excellent phone communication skills - confident, clear and engaging.
• Fluent Latvian and English (spoken & written).
• Russian language skills (nice to have).
• Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Self-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales or customer service.
• Interest in B2B services / finance / risk management.
• Higher education (completed or in progress).
